How can I update my profile?
To update your membership details, please login to the user dashboard and select the “Edit profile” tab.
How do I renew my membership?
Memberships paid via PayPal will be automatically renewed. Members will also have the opportunity to manually renew their membership online 10 days before the expiration date (Aug. 31).
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on the “Lost your Password” link on the login screen.
How do I upgrade from a guest to a member?
To upgrade from a guest/non-member to a dues paying member, please login to the member dashboard and click on the “membership status” tab. Click on the “Upgrade Membership” link to select the annual membership and complete payment.
What is the membership fee?
The annual membership is $20. The membership period begins on Sep. 01 of the current year, and ends on August 31 on the following year, for all members.
When will my membership expire?
Memberships expire on August 31 each year. GHA has a fixed membership schedule which runs from September 1 of the current year, to August 31 of the upcoming year.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
GHA uses PayPal to process membership payments. PayPal users can login to their account to complete payment. Users without a PayPal account may also complete payment via the platform with a major credit card.
